I usually never make reviews but this was such a nice experience considering the circumstances. Ricardo got to me extremely quickly and was very polite. I can tell he really tried to get my door open without having to drill a hole into it but even though it came to that, he drilled the smallest hole he could. It is barely noticeable. He stayed to make sure I could get in and even offered some recommendations on how I can cover the hole. I hope I don’t get locked out again but I will certainly be calling them if needed!

I needed 2 new replacement key fob for my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix programmed. I contacted Priest Lock and Key to arrange the programming. To accommodate me as quickly as possible, I was invited to meet the technician at a location near me. The technician was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. My 2 new fobs were programmed quickly and correctly. The technician took the time to test each fob several times to ensure they worked properly. In addition, he checked my original fob to ensure it still worked after the 2 new were programmed. Seems the programming process can sometimes cause the original working fob to "deprogram". Sure enough, mine had and the technician took time to reprogram it and then retest all 3 fobs. All this for a really great price! I strongly recommend this Priest Lock and Key. I will never again search for locksmith service again. NO I KNOW WHO TO CALL!

My 21' Toyota Thundra key broke while visiting family in San Antonio. Any dealer wanted $385+ and other locksmiths either couldn't cut a key cause it was too new of model or wanted only slightly less than a dealer. Stephen called me back and was able to setup a time to meet up and get me fitted with a new key in-between another job and lunch and did it for a great price. He was professional, responsive and always kept me updated on when he was going to be able to meet up. I highly recommend Priest Lock and Key to anyone in the SA area!

Stephen just left our home after taking care of a key for our pickup. From our first visit on the phone through the entire process Stephen was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain things when we asked questions. When he and I first spoke he gave me options on the pricing...for us to meet him somewhere or for him to come here. I really appreciated him showing us that consideration. After researching pricing from Priest and other locksmith companies/dealerships, I believe Priest is quite reasonable in their pricing. I highly recommend Stephen and Priest Lock and Key. I will definitely use him in the future as that need arises.

Amazing amazing amazing customer service and on a Saturday night no less. Can’t say enough great things about priest lock and key. I needed new keys made for my vehicle as the originals were stolen. The keys were made and I was also provided helpful information for other issues like my dead battery. 10 out of 10 will use again if I ever need any key service.
